To highlight the diversity of our team, we’ve asked Ashvij Kumar, Sr. Data Operations Analyst, to share more about his experience working at Instawork.
I havebeen at Instawork for a few years now, starting as a Data Operations Analyst and working my way up to Sr. Data Operations Analyst. Along with an awesome team, I help keep our CRM squeaky clean so the SDRs don’t lose their minds digging through messy data.
I loved the company and the mission to connect people with flexible job opportunities, it felt like a great place to make an impact!
My favorite part of the job is that I get to do more than just crunch data! Occasionally, I get to flex my photography skills around the office, which is a fun creative break. I also love that I have the chance to collaborate with different teams and learn from them. And of course, working with some of the best co-workers around definitely makes everything better!
