What do you do at Instawork and how long have you been with the company?

I’m an Engineering Manager at Instawork and have been with the company for over 5 years.

What initially attracted you to Instawork?

The chance to learn and collaborate with brilliant and kind individuals drew me to Instawork. To work towards a meaningful mission made it even more compelling.

What's your favorite part of your job?

I love that I get challenged and pushed frequently but that it comes with support. The mentorship and guidance I've received have helped me grow, enabling me to pay it forward.

What is one piece of “work from home” equipment you couldn’t live without?

Multiple monitors!

What's the most important thing you've learned since starting at Instawork?

Calm seas never made a good sailor. The trials we go through always teaches, shapes us and makes us resilient.
