To highlight the diversity of our team, we’ve asked Jagdish Das, Team Lead of Community Operations, to share more about his experience working at Instawork.

What do you do at Instawork and how long have you been with the company?

I am a team lead in Community Operations in India and have been with the company for four years.

What initially attracted you to Instawork?

Two key aspects initially attracted me to Instawork. First, I was inspired by the company's mission and the team's dedication to achieving it. Secondly, the organization's culture and work environment played a significant role.

What's your favorite part of your job?

Helping and guiding the team. Solving problems and finding better ways to work.

What is one piece of “work from home” equipment you couldn’t live without?

A stable internet connection is essential when working remotely.

What's the most important thing you've learned since starting at Instawork?

‍

I have built my expertise in data analytics, people management, and project management from the ground up. I now apply these skills in my daily routine to continuously improve and refine my work.
